| Description: | Seeking applicants available to work night shift any day of the week.
Job Summary
The Selector is responsible for selecting and moving product boxes from storage areas to loading areas in the warehouse according to customer orders.
Physical demands: talk; hear; perform activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as kneeling, bending, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and moving of materials; use hands and arms in reaching, handling, and manipulating objects or controls; running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving forklift; frequently lift and/or move up to 110 pounds.
Work environment: work in very cold (below 32 F degrees) temperatures; indoor work environment; moderate noise level.
Applicants must consent to and pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, background check and credential verifications as conditions of employment.

| Duties: | 1. Reads work orders or receives oral instructions to locate, lift and move product boxes according to customer orders.
2. Moves product boxes to and from warehouse storage and shipping areas by using forklift (power equipment movement) or through physical movement (hand carrying).
3. Safely operates forklift to move product boxes from storage areas to loading areas.
4. Records numbers of units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets.
5. Cleans up equipment and work areas.

| Qualifications: | Minimum:
1. High School Diploma/GED.
2. One (1) year experience driving forklift (stand-up, sit-down, or both).
3. One (1) year job-related work experience, skills and knowledge.
4. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Good organization skills – prioritize work assignments and manage work time.
6. Basic skills in use of computers and software programs.
Must be/have:
1. Dependable.
2. Strong work ethic.
3. Work experience in cold storage/refrigerated dock warehouse.
4. Willing to perform the physical work associated with this position.
5. Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively contribute to employee relations and positive work environment.
Preferred:
1. Two (2) years work-related experience, skills and knowledge.
2. Stand-up forklift certification.
